These terms of use govern access to and use of the tokenveil.eu website, published by JOOPIN'S LAB. By using this site, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the site
This site presents the TokenVeil product and lets visitors request more information through a contact form. It does not process any payment and does not give access to the TokenVeil software itself.
2. Access to the site
The site is accessible free of charge to any visitor with internet access. JOOPIN'S LAB cannot be held responsible for access interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside its control.
3. Contact form and personal data
The contact form collects your email address so JOOPIN'S LAB can respond to your request. This data is sent to JOOPIN'S LAB through FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service. It is used only to handle your request and is not sold or shared with other third parties.
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@tokenveil.eu.
4. Analytics
This site uses Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool. It does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It only records anonymous usage statistics: pages visited, approximate location from IP address, browser type.
5. Intellectual property
The content, structure, and code of this site are the property of JOOPIN'S LAB. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for short quotations with proper attribution.
6. Liability
JOOPIN'S LAB makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness. Use of the information on this site is at your own responsibility.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Toulouse, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
